OTTO, Dorothy (February 10, 1958 – October 26, 2023)

Passed away, peacefully, with loving family be her side, on October 26, 2023, at the VON Sakura House, Woodstock, Dorothy Otto of Tillsonburg, at the age of 65 years. Born in Cobourg, Ontario, daughter of the late Annie May (Bell) Knox (1996) and John Alexander Knox (2003).

Predeceased by her first husband Doug Otto. Survived by her second husband Doug Robertson. Much loved mother to Owen and Matthew Otto. Survived by her siblings of: Carole, Ralph, Lorne, Barbara, Donald, Reginald, Linda, Marlene, Jacqueline. Survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her late sister Ruth (October 2001).

Dorothy had a heart of gold. She was a very determined and stubborn individual. She always kept in touch to make sure everyone was okay. Would do anything for you. Encouraged others to be successful in life. She was very successful in her Subway business. Loved to paint, be surrounded by family and always was there for her boys till the very end.

A Public Visitation will be held at the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes- Burial and Cremation Services Inc. Chapel, 262 Broadway Street, Tillsonburg on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 10am to 11am. Followed by a Public Funeral Service at 11am in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, Tillsonburg by Chaplain Tina Dias.
