The family of Elmer ‘’Keith’’ Trickett are sad to announce his passing on September 13th, 2019 in Palliative Care at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll in his 76th year. Loved husband of Barbara (Cornwall) Trickett and loving father of Stacey (Trickett) Morris (Rob Paulins), Daniel K. Trickett (d. 1973), Amanda Trickett (d. 1986). Proud Grandfather of Bennett Morris and Lillian Morris. Survived by sister Linda (Mel) Gohm, sisters-in-law Betty Trickett and Carol Trickett and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elmer Ray Trickett and Gladys Mildred (Pickard) Trickett. Also predeceased by his sister Jean Swick and her husband Robert Swick, brothers Wray and Robert ‘’Bob’’, and an infant sister Debbie. Keith worked many years for Milk Distributors in Tillsonburg, Simcoe, London and Kitchener. Enjoying the visits with his customers and being out in the fresh air. He truly enjoyed coaching the young boys of the Courtland ball team up to and including his time of being their player/coach, when they were young men. In later years, he loved the friendship of playing pool with his dear friends Paul Decoopman, Larry Demers, Dan Bahnuk and other friends at Nutty’s Bar and Billiards in Woodstock. Paul’s wife Cheryl helped keep Barb company at the games and tournaments. Keith was always proud of his daughter Stacey for her strong, independent loving and caring nature.

In keeping with Keith’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Barb and Stacey invite friends, relatives and neighbours to attend a time of visitation on Friday, September 20th, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (service time). A Memorial Service to Celebrate Keith’s Life and Legacy will take place on Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the MAURICE J. VERHOEVE FUNERAL HOMES – BURIAL AND CREMATION SERVICES INC. It is with great sadness that I learned of Keith’s passing. I have ..many ..many fond memories of Keith; riding in the back of his white Cutlass to play ball in Embro, Hickson, Wainfleet and places in between; riding “shotgun” on the milk route; boating in Long Point ....just to name a few

I will forever cherish those wonderful moments spent with Keith, my coach, mentor and truly good friend

My deepest condolences to Barb, Stacey and family

Your heart must be breaking with the loss of your dear husband Keith. We lost contact with you after you moved from Tillsonburg; however we will forever be grateful for Keith's kindness in assisting Colleen after her bicycle accident on Concession when she was just a little girl. She remembers him.... and by name as well. May God wrap his loving arms around you in comfort as you once again grieve the loss of a dear one. Dianne and Michael Pepper

Barb, Stacey, Rob and kids!
There are no words to comfort you all. We wish there were. We can't begin to tell you how much we will miss our dear (and humorous) friend, Keith.
He was a man of many words (as we all know), and the type of person that said what was on his mind. There will never be anyone who can come close to him. He loved unconditionally, and with his whole heart. There was never a dull moment when Keith was around. He knew everyone.
He was Paul's best friend and we were honoured to have him as best man at our wedding.
Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this very hard time. We love you all beyond words!
