All guests must pre-register for an available time slot via Phyllis’ online tribute page or by calling the funeral home between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In keeping with Ontario Government Regulations, all attendees must wear a face covering and are asked to maintain social distancing guidelines.

All friends, relatives and neighbours are invited to attend a funeral service to celebrate Phyllis' life.

*weather permitting* - if inclement weather persists the funeral service will be held in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg.

In keeping with Ontario Government Regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to bring proof of full vaccination and identification- these will be required to attend the reception. Children under 12 are exempt.
