Passed away, peacefully, on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, at the Cedarwood Village, Simcoe, Miss Simone Alice Schelstraete formerly of Langton and Fairground, in her 94th year. Born in Ninove, EF, Belgium, Simone and her family came to Canada in 1936 to the Fairground area to farm and later in 1964 they moved to the Langton area. Simone was a member of the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Langton. She is survived by her friends throughout the Tri-County Area.

In keeping with Simone’s expressed wishes, a Private Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Langton by Rev. Father Thomas Kuriacko. Private interment follows in the Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery, Langton.
