I am so sorry to hear of Tante Luzia's passing. I wish so much that I could be there to say good-bye. I have so many fond memories growing up with her in ALL of the places she lived. She was a wonderful godmother to me. From building card towers, working in tobacco, watching her create with stained glass and always being in the garden, I will cherish all my memories. I will miss most recently our annual visits at Christmas and our phone calls on each of our birthdays to catch up. My condolences to all of you in the family. Rest in peace Tante Luzia! You were loved and will be missed. XOXO

My husband and I are neighbors of Luzia's and I have to say she always amazed me with her gift of gardening. She would spend hours every day thoroughly enjoying herself. She definitely had a green thumb. We will miss watching the fruits of her labour develop every year and the smile it would bring to her face. Much love and prayers for her family and friends.
